Returns

If you cancel your order before I start making it you will be entitled to a full refund.

If I cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances I will offer you a full refund.

I will always supply my customer with a photo of the order before it is due to leave, so any amendments can be made.

Collected cakes that have left the premises perfect and get damaged in transit will not be refunded.

Delivered cakes that get damaged in transit will be fully refunded.

Cakes that have left the premises and are stored incorrectly will not be refunded.
